After me saying how happy I am with VM, I've had two outages this month. Today they were 'improving' the service. Funny, I don't consider leaving me without an internet connection all morning an improvement, especially when the message on 150 originally said it'd all be working by ~10am, then when I checked again it was 'as soon as possible'.
Of course they had to choose a day when I was off work and planning on doing some gaming to do this! Grumble rant moan
