so what was my average..
That's a shed load you've dropped isn't it? Unless I'm thinking of someone else.

Strava is weird, i used my Garmin 800 on monday riding home, it said i had an average of 19pmh but Strava says i have 18.8mph after upload. I dont know why the data changes so much,
OH yea, anyone tried the Mojito flavour energy gels from wiggle yet?
Good effort! I'm 96kg (~20% body fat - eugh) as of this morning and I have been cycling almost 2 years now and not really lost any weight - how does that work?

I lost weight when I started commuting but then I've plateaued for the last few years.
I've actually reduced my cycling recently so I'm not as tired and consequently I eat less and don't snack. When I was doing 50 miles a day, five days a week and then weekend Club rides I was eating everything in sight.
50 miles a day? 5 days a week? that's some effort! was that commuting?

how long did you do it for? that's some impressive mileage![]()

So, has anyone died from cycling in the Sahara death smog?
I was looking up rolling resistance vs tire inflation and came across this article.
According to this chap the optimum psi for my bike and me and my stuff (77kg +10kg +2kg(water, tools etc) 89kg is 103psi, I normally run about 110-115 so I might try the lower psi and see how it feels.
What do you guys run? I know if the back is too high on mine then I find it skids around on fast descents quite a bit, but then I do corner like a granny.
