Was going to call them "Sweaty and Hairy" the worse part is my missus surname is Pollock so it would have been great either way :D

Oh MisterMoon wouldn't it be great if we all stopped dreaming and jumped into the rat race Like I did. Then we wouldn't have any music to listen to? Maybe people shouldn't develop games or computer modding and get proper jobs also!

I average 60 hours plus a week (stevedore) and I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt I wish I had been able to live my dream of being an "Oil Boy" for the swedish bikini team instead.

They also both have jobs as well as writing music etc and one of the little blood suckers also is studying and teaches kids music for free at a youth club.

So it's not about having the "balls" as you say, I will miss them dearly when they finally leave and would never "kick" them out as I am a parent for life and will always be there safety cushion! If I can help them I will, as should all parents?

Playing download isn't about the cash? Playing music isn't about the cash (if people think it is then you are in the wrong career unless of course it's the X-factor or some such ) :D and if you think driving around the country playing gigs for free is waste of time, then that's your opinion and many would agree. For them it's about getting there music out to the masses. If you don't like the music don't vote, it's that simple. There's also another 400 bands on there who are also wasting there time to have a look at also :D

This post should be taken in the light hearted manner it's intended and nothing more :D

The way this is written sounds like you hate your kids for having fun when you didn't at their age.

Is the idea to kick them out before they have any solid financial plan or some place to go or are you hoping that kicking them out with nothing and thinking they will sort it out themselves and then they will love you for it?

It's nothing of the sort, it's actually just a 'Vote for the band that my two sons play in' thread.
I joke about getting my daughters to move out but I don't really want them to.

To all those that have not worked it out yet :D

I love my kids to bits and just thought here would be a great, diverse and well rounded community to expose their talents to!

But they have promised to leave :D but the room will always be there for them...they will just have to sleep on reclining cinema chairs instead of beds :P

As parents know you want your kids to move on eventually but it leaves a massive gap in your life when they are gone :(

The mods moved this over to this side of the forum so I suppose they have decided to let it stay and I've had nothing from them to say otherwise.

The choice is every ones to make? also typed that there was another 400 bands for you to chose from?

I really do appreciate your interest in that matter and hope it can be sorted out as I wouldn't want to be doing anything wrong.

Thanks again for taking the time out to point it out as I'm sure you have more important things to be correcting throughout the world :/

As an update the band that shall not be named have hit the magic 100 in poll, thanks again for all that voted/watched/liked! Tis appreciated.

That's a thought: could Keelan & Kye rent a house-share with the rest of the Age of Atlas band? Could work out cheap ~£50/wk per person if it's for 4 or 5 people.
