was just reading the newspaper there. came across this.

Tanker driver puts diesel in the petrol tanks and petrol in the diesel tanks.

i don't know about delivering fuel but is that an easy mistake to make? article said he just didn't read the labels.

Tesco said they will pay for all damages (quite rightly) but it isn't the 1st time there's been problems with Tesco fuel.

If you are referring to the silicone contaminated fuel years ago then no, it was the refinery that was affected in Essex (which supplies lots of stations) and Tesco got the majority of the blame.

I had a full tank of fuel bought from Murco (supplied by the same refinery) which buggered up two oxygen sensors and the tank had to be drained, Murco paid the bill with no questions.
