HTC One M8 Prime *Discussion*

Oh great, a poking out camera. Looks also quite flat as well? I quite like the curved back on the other Ones.

But hopefully the camera is a massive improvement on the 4 "ultra" pixel camera, it really lets the phone down and needs a massive improvement.

The placement for the second camera is much better than the M8 as well. It looked silly on the top but mixing it with the borders seems to allow it to blend in with the rest of the phone.
 
I really dont get HTC with their stance on the camera claiming that the 4mp shooter is better in low light. I take most of my pictures during the day and the few I take during low light with my phone certainly are not sharp.

They only need to sort the camera and the phone as a package is pretty much complete except for the stupid black bar whcih only serves to make the phone have a giant bezel and a home for the logo. Why dont they have the logo on the screen as the app drawer button?
 
I could make a new phone out of the bezel around that thing. Also looks super fake, why would the headphone jack change, and the curve build, and everything else about the M8 design language.

If they have the ridiculous M8-sized bezels on a 5.5" screen, then this will be one absolutely humongous device!

More interested in the G3 at the moment personally. Seems to take all the good parts of the M8/M8 "Prime"/S5 "Prime" and then improve slightly.

It's just a leaked render so take it with a pitch of salt, the actual device may look more similiar to the M8.

I have to agree, the G3 looks the most promising, 5.5" screen yet tiny looking bezels. LG really is starting to shine recently.

HTC have been putting stupidly sized bezels on everything, the 4.5" HTC One Mini 2 is as tall as the Nexus 5, you know your doing something wrong if your mini phone is as tall as normal sized flagship devices.
