I loved the Monte Carlo until dlc came out. Cant get an upgrade for it but would trade one in a heartbeat for my upgraded suros. I preferred it to the Suros, slightly quicker rate of fire but slightly less damage so about the same really.

Exotics seem to take years to upgrade now. Been doing 10 bounties per day minimum since saturday.and my icebreaker still hasnt got.to the last three damage bubbles :( its getting tiring!!
 
So I've had a rather lucky time of it recently. Got a total of 7 exotics in 24 hours :D

Monte Carlo from a legendary engram
Sunbreakers from another legendary engram straight after the first one
Suros Regime, No Land Beyond and another Monte Carlo from 3 nightfalls
Hawkmoon from the first raid chest
Patience and Time from a Roc strike

Let the hatred flow through you guardian
 
Ran a Nightfall yesterday with Brown pants and redrooster, Dropped the 4th Horseman! Well happy, It's a beast lol. So that's Hawkmoon and the 4th horseman, just the monte carlo to go and I think that's all the playstation exclusive guns.
 
Run the Nightfall on my primary last night and got a new 331 attack legendary solar sniper. Looks pretty good but will only be a replacement for my Epitaph 2261.

Meths - sorry I was only able to read your message after we had already done the NF (it didn't appear before). I still don't know why it takes so long for messages to appear after it pops up that you have received one?! :confused:

Took down Urzok twice for my fireteam members bounty. My 150 round (300 reserve) Arc Culling just tore him a new one at close(ish) range. It also tears the Wizards apart on the NF.. :D

EDIT: Hmm they have fixed "Fixed an issue in which some weapon projectiles were improperly penetrating Hive shields", I wonder if this means my pulse rifle will no longer penetrate their shields?! Bugger is all I would say.. :(

It's great.

It's fits brilliantly with gunslinger hunters.

Pair it with 2 throwing knives plus instantly regen knives on precision kills and its a load of fun.

No problem mate, the messaging system is indeed pants.

Rich joined me and we got to the fight with Phogoth or whatever his name is. I went down and we got kicked as if the team had wiped but Rich was still up. :mad:

I jumped into the Iron Banner after that but it really is rubbish this time. The gear you get from Saladin is the same level you can buy from the vendors in the tower and assuming that most people who are playing have levelled up already it renders the whole thing a bit pointless. I may be wrong but the weapons on offer also look a bit meh!

Think I might take a break until the next expansion as once I hit 31 the game kinda loses it's appeal and I can't put the time in raiding to get to 32.

That sucks on the NF especially getting all the way to Phogoth. A couple of times I was very thankful for having Self revive as those damn Wizards hit so hard!

Yeah there is no incentive what-so-ever it appears to run the new Iron banner unless you really love the PVP (IB counts for crucible rep, marks & bounties). The armour is what we had last time with max 33 light and the AR is a pile of ****. Also don't re-roll your previous IB weapons as they stay at 300 attack....

After the awesome grind that was IB2.0 (awesome as it allowed some of us to hit level 30) this new IB is just terrible.
 
typical i spent months trying to get raid armour in the Vog and only getting bits and pieces with ages in between each drop, i do the full VoG today on hard with some Aussie guys on the LFG sites and get the full set minus the Helm in one play through ........ F u RNG
 
Lovely RNG. Still need to finish VoG hard and nightfall. At least I got rid of Urzok....pretty easy, smash his shield with arc Murmur and batter him with Gjallarhorn.
