Hi Guys,

My mouse is giving up now. (God this computer lark is expensive)

I am having to replace a few other parts in my computer so want to order a new mouse to save on P&P..

Can probably stretch to about £50 but have no idea what is a good mouse for general gaming..

There is the "CM Storm Recon 4000 DPI Gaming Mouse" @ £40 which looks ok but would like some feedback from anyone who has used this before.

Does look nice I am tempted but to spend £50 on a mouse without someone vouching for it makes me a little nervous.. :)

£50 on a mouse is quite cheap these days :)

Personally though id spend a little extra and get a mionix 7000 the dpi switch on the bottom would be annoying for me

I have the Mionix Naos 8200 (OCUK don't stock this sadly) and it's a great mouse but out of OP budget.

I know there are expensive mice out there and would love to spend £100+ on a mouse but just can't justify it :( have ordered now anyway so will see what its like. Just a shame it doesn't look like you cannot configure the side buttons with macros.. shame because my current mouse is a £20 gigabyte mouse which does :(

I was using the FK1 for about a week and it's a nice mouse ....was nice in BF4 ...the only think that I didn't like was that fact its very smooth and my hand tended to slip off it .

It is a nice mouse though

Also it's smaller than the Deathadder ..but a bit heavier , and at high DPI its not as fast as the Deathadder is out of the box .
