iChill GF GTX 980Ti X3 Ultra again or Asus Strix 980 Ti ?

HI. I cannot decide. Which card. Also i had week ago iChill GF GTX 980Ti X3 Ultra but there was some ticking from card ( not the fans ) due to cooling down or heating up . So i sold that card. And now again i must choose which card to buy.
So iChill GF GTX 980Ti X3 Ultra or Asus Strix 980 Ti Gaming ? ( please dont recommend me other , i want to choose one from that both ).

If you're going to stay on AIR then go for the Strix. I have the X3 Ultra and have mine on water (1500/2000 disabled boost and 1.22V).
