Yeah , it was a new cable I got when I got the card (11 months ago) and it was fine for months so I ruled it out initially . Cheers.

Nah I don't bother with the OC features, always a bit nervous about it .

I've had zero problems with crimson or any other driver with my 390 and DP. Definitely try a better cable they're not all the same cheap cables just don't cut it in my experience, Freesync not working for one.

Thanks for the tip . I actually got the cable from Overclockers it was a C2G DisplayPort to DisplayPort 2.0 Cable . Think it had a decent write up.
