A shopping centre in Bremen has been evacuated after a 19 year old Algerian man, with links to Islamic terrorist groups escaped from a psychiatric facility was seen acting suspiciously.

Oh well I stand corrected. However Reuters updated their article after I posted the link & other news websites are reporting an anti terror operation.
