So if they can't replicate the fault they just send the card out to another customer? Sounds abit naff to me. The card you have received might not be new then, it may be a repaired card or a returned card.
And your problem with that, if true, is what.
When you RMA a card and they send you a used card which you know was damaged or faulty then repaired you should be upset?
Because that's exactly what you'd get back if you waited for them to examine and fix your card.
Being sent a working card before they even touch the returned card reduces downtime for the customer.
