Yup. You can even see on the linked page under specifications a bunch of X299 boards listed. I am sure it would work wherever you can provide a full compliment of 16 slots to it with all 4 slots populated.
 
If your motherboard allows you to split a single Pcie x8/16 socket into x4/x4 or x4/x4/x4/x4 it should work fine, you should see option for pci express config in BIOS, this has only just been added to my MSI board last week.
