Bought Maxeh the Belgian climbs as one of his birthday presents, would have been rude not to get the Majorca print  A couple remaining to tick off when I'm next back there :)

2017 = My best riding year :)
So close to averaging 20mph over 5.6k miles - I blame Strava for adjusting my ride totals :p

I quite like Wiggle's lifeline prime armour, and at £15, price is certainly favourable too

I fitted these in april and I thought i'd come back to them now for anyone who's interested

It's been 8 months of literally every kind of conditions you get in the UK, circa 2500-3000 miles on them.

They're still great and they still have loads of wear in them. They cut up FAR less than a GP 4 Seasons and outmile a Schwalbe durano.

two thumbs up from me.

Nice one!

The club ride today put me at 8385 miles for the year, so guess what I'm doing on Zwift tomorrow! Pretty chuffed with that total considering I spend almost a third of the year out of the country.

115 miles? Of course unless your bike actually moves forward it will actually be 0 miles :p

They're certainly far tougher mentally :)

I did 105 miles of turbo this year. All within about 10 days in the garden in the sun because of an injury. Hated it.

Looking back over the year I've failed at summer riding! June, July and August were my lowest mileage months.

I need to get out for 5 miles tomorrow to hit 5000. It’s been a pretty crap year for me, though. Most of that is commuting. Need to make more of an effort to get out at the weekends for some real riding. Hopefully we’ll get a decent summer next year, it was utter balls this year.

Well I did it. 123 miles on Zwift.....

Takes me to just over 8500 miles for the year :)

Thank god for Netflix lol!!

I didn't realise that was your actual target... I had figured you were going to do 15 miles to hit 8400. Crazy. Kudos for the mental suffering!

I just got drenched in what I thought was a gap in the rain... turns out it has been raining rather a lot...

I only managed 3200km this year, only did 20 hours total for the first 6 months! Turned it around a bit since then, if I can manage 150-200km a week I’m happy.

Over 2000km on Zwift! Godsend for keeping fitness up when time poor and bad weather.

I might try a bit of TT next year, figured I can get a reasonable 10 mile out of myself, FTP around 280-290w at the minute, so a 22 minutes might be do-able?!
