Not many graphics card manufacturers do these days.
Even EVGA has tightened up it's warranty on second hand purchases. Though contrary to what I've seen some say on the forum, EVGA do "still" offer a warranty service on second hand purchases. You just need to provide proof of purchase from the reseller. This can be as simple as uploading a PAYPAL invoice when raising the warranty claim (and the warranty is from the
date the product was shipped from EVGA and not when the original person bought the card). There's a thread on the EVGA forums about this if anyone is interested (
