PC upgrade for gaming at 1080p, RX 580 or GTX 1660?

Hello, i'd like to upgrade my PC. I'll be upgrading everything apart from my HDD, SSD and case. I will use the build for gaming and possibly streaming, for games like Forza, ARK, Witcher, GTA 5 at better settings, modern modded Minecraft, R6 Siege at better settings. I'll be buying the parts in the UK and my budget is like 500-550 pounds.

I've put together two builds, they're exactly the same but the only difference is the GPU.

CPU - Ryzen 5 2600
Motherboard - ASRock B450 Pro4 ATX AM4
Memory - G.Skill - Trident Z 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3200
Storage - WD 1TB HDD
Storage - Kingston A400 120GB SSD
GPU - MSI - GeForce GTX 1660 6GB VENTUS XS OC OR Sapphire - Radeon RX 580 8GB NITRO +
Case - Deepcool - TESSERACT BF ATX Case
PSU - Corsair - TXM GOLD 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX

The build with the 1660 is 20 pounds more (540), while the one with the 580 is 520. Which one should I go for, and is the build in general good?
