what car battery?

I like Exides for value for money compared to Bosch etc, but I've not really had a car long enough to see how good they are for longevity.

Last battery I bought was some unknown brand on eBay and it works fine.

I don't know specifics but a lot of the common brands these days are whacked out by the same factories, to the same design with some minor cosmetic differences and a different label - with identical performance and longevity when comparable specs.

Even a lot of the lesser known brands are the same batteries just not A grade parts.

replaced the battery today. All working again. Now to make sure this one doesn't get left so long it goes flat. This lockdown malarky - I can't be the only one surely?

Interesting to see the factory fitted battery only had one of its vent caps removed. Guess it was enough but not ideal!

Trickle chargers. Or just go for a drive at least once a week. Easy.
