Wonder if any-one can offer some advice, I think I know the answer - CPU limited

I'm running my 3090 @ 170 core and 500 Mem on this test and my system is pulling 16900@ can't break 17K, is this due to my [email protected] and the fact this benchmark runs at 1440p and I'm slightliy CPU limited? I see other 3090's pulling more.

Port Royal score is in the middle of my fellow 3090 owners so no worries there.

Is that the overall score or the gpu score?
Your gpu should be 20k ish score

What's your gpu score? Should be 20k+...Think I had around 8.8k on CPU with [email protected].

Overall score is a combination of GPU and CPU. 8700k scores a lot less than a 10900k or 5950x.

CPU score is OK, you can improve it but for bench epeen only. Close all running apps / background processes etc and should raise the score a little. You will get higher frame rate with a 5900x etc (I'm changing mine out for one) but that's basically squeezing the rig for max fps.
