Can you recommend a new gaming monitor?

Hi all,


I wonder if someone could recommend a new Gaming monitor?


I ideally want one with G Sync -not overly fussed about 4k, but 1440 ideally.

Image quality is absolutely essential (I also game on my OLED TV and find the difference between moving from the study to the lounge quite noticeable).


I don't particularly like ultrawide monitors and would like to keep between 27 - 32 inches.

It will depend on your budget. Also, I'm assuming you'll want high Hz and an IPS screen?

According to this list: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/products/g-sync-monitors/specs/ there's one single GSync Ultimate monitor that meets your requirements, the AW2721D, which will set you back around 700 quid

I have no experience with any monitor on the list though, but my rule of thumb normally is Dell > AOC >= Acer > every other GSync monitor

The 27" Acer Predator X27p looks to be about one the best 27" IPS G-Sync monitor for good Image quality but there not cheap
