Why is my cinebench r23 score so low

I have a ryzen 5 5000 series processor and my score multicore is :1505 PST

why is this and can any one help
My thermals are 48° C for the cpu
And have a aio
Am I doing anything wrong if so can you help !!

temperatures were from CPUID
And was using cinebench r23

Do you have any motherboard monitoring apps you can check to make sure the CPU is running at the correct clock speeds/etc and that all cores/hyperthreading are enabled/etc?

Maybe make sure all the required motherboard drivers are also installed and up to date.
