My first thought too, but the police station offices, the football stadium, walking around the hospital, the airport. Must be video effects + quiet periods.

It's amazing the lengths these film crews go to. I've seen tons of films being filmed here in the city, and you'll always know in advance as they shut down whole neighbourhoods and there are props and extras everywhere.
