did the new one solved the issue?
Ah, well, I can't tell you that yet, as I won't get my RMA back until Friday. But, I can tell you that Sapphire confirmed that there was a fault in the GPU that they couldn't repair. They had to replace the card.

Argh I had this problem but with a Sapphire 6600XT Nitro+. It seems whatever the cause of this issue is it's isolated to Sapphire cards which is unfortunate as their AMD's best board partner. So the solution is to replace your PSU, although more then enough to power a 6650 the cards don't like PSU's with separate 12v rails. You will need to get a 750+ watt modern PSU (your EVGA model is quite old now) with fat single 12v rail and you will be fine. Since replacing my PSU i've had no problems, I'm not happy about it but at least I have no problems.EVGA G2 750W.After a few reboots it works so i have no idea what can be.
Any recomendations?Argh I had this problem but with a Sapphire 6600XT Nitro+. Don't yell at me but I have similar model and it fixed the problem and it's single rail.Any recomendations?
If it doesn't work you can always send it back but from what you have described it sounds exactly the same issue I had which you can read about in this thread.I read some people replaced the PSU without any result.
As far as i can see evga g2 is single railArgh I had this problem but with a Sapphire 6600XT Nitro+. Your right, from the review I've found it has beefy 12v rail which should be enough. Maybe try another plug on your PSU?As far as i can see evga g2 is single rail
You have 14 days to return products usually, it's your choice but i wouldn't get the same Gpu from sapphire just in case. How do i do that? Can i just request replacement as i got it 8 days ago?I rather replace it before upgrading the entire system.

Just letting you know that my Replacement card arrived today and it works perfectly. Has solved the issue for me.
Thanks I will be basing my next purchase on whichever card gives me the best VR performance.Enjoy, these RDNA2 are cracking cards. Pretty much made my mind to stick with AMD for RDNA3 due to the software and performance.
