Do I need a BS7671 Electrical Safety Certificate?

I am in the process of selling my house and one of the questions being asked is:

Has the property been rewired or had any electrical installation work carried out since 1 January 2005?

I had a Nest Hello doorbell installed which consisted of a transformer into the consumer unit and then wiring to the outside of the property. Does this constitute needing a BS7671 electrical safety certificate?

If the answer is yes, I am not able to get a reply from the electrician who did the original work. Am I able to pay someone to simply certify the work?

Thanks.

First time selling a house and all the scary legal stuff that says "you may be sued for misrepresentation if you answer knowingly incorrectly" is stopping me from doing that lol.
I'd say it is easy enough to say you overlooked that one.

If you say "yes", you'll be asked to buy an indemnity policy - your solicitor will charge you about £250. You can get it yourself privately and it'll cost you about £128. About £100 of that £128 is brokerage fees, i.e. old boys in pin stripe suits smoking cigars.

My cop out would be that the question seems to refer to "infrastructure" i.e. rewire, addition of spurs/circuits. Having a door bell fitted seems a bit of over information.
