Nearly went back to a shut until evening, restaurant last week that had those and frogs legs on the menu.
Really are one of my favourites.

Last night's meal out - wings for starter, followed by nachos and brisket and then a boatload of fries with a chicken burger on the side:

Today's roast & home made dairy-free biscoff cheesecake (sister can't have dairy)

Leftover chicken Shawarma on flatbread and a side of tortilla for good measure

Done a pork shoulder in the Instant Pot with cola, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic and onion.
Now in a Tiger bread with chips.

It was all very tasty.

Over-indulged a little bit over the weekend so making up for it tonight with a salad.

Decided to go for a Butter Chicken tonight, lovely but no Pathia!

Butter Chicken, Plain Rice and a Plain Naan.. BBQ Marinated Chicken is the highlight of this dish, also a little thin for my taste although it did thicken slightly as it cooled down.

Looks good. Couple of things though.

Did you run out of chicken when serving yours?

Is that mash on a salad?

1) Yes, though I was eating chicken whilst plating up.
2) Yes, almost always have a small bit of mash with salad... honestly I'll have mash with anything if it's an option.
