@Mr Jack went and looked at it myself.I cant find a percentage for F2 unfortunately.
F2 so far has had 72 unique drivers with 20(i think) making it to f1, so a better percentage so far.

No normally aspirated engines then
I’m fully unsurprised. The manufacturers have zero interest in NA engines and F1, even with the cost cap is still a very expensive undertaking, especially for an engine manufacturer. Given the fixed costs set by the regulations for engine supply it’s still reckoned that the likes of Mercedes are still spending around £100m a season on powertrain development and manufacturing over and above the income from McLaren, Williams and Aston Martin. And AM are being replaced by Alpine next season. Long gone are the times that F1 could be pushed under the marketing and advertising budget of a car company. They expect some R&D too, or at least everyone other than Ferrari anyway. They just wouldn’t get that from NA engines, synthetic fuels or not.No normally aspirated engines then

Quite hard to give an assessment of Danny Rics career really, at the point it felt like he should have kicked on, become a team leader and World title contender it all went wrong and fizzled out!Ricciardo racing days are over https://www.formula1.com/en/latest/...role-a-year-on-from-f1.7qgNAaEhlHOEVKow4y7PUl
Left Red Bull who, he felt, didn't really want him to succeed, joined Renault's 'new dawn', which was anything but and then a really difficult to drive McLaren. I don't think he recovered after that.Quite hard to give an assessment of Danny Rics career really, at the point it felt like he should have kicked on, become a team leader and World title contender it all went wrong and fizzled out!
8 wins and 32 podiums in isolation is an excellent career for the vast majority of F1 drivers but somehow feels a bit like he didn't fulfil his potential.
Not sure if this is worthy of the motorsport off topic thread but it has a connection:
They've been trying to catch him for a while now as I've followed this throughout.I know, objectively, this is a bad thing of which I should not approve but, subjectively, the guy gives me joy and I am sad to see him face the justice he has earned.
Very cool. How have you done that then?Bit of a doodle I've knocked up in my spare time...
You must have the patience of a saint with such amazing details.Thanks.
1. Very detailed 3D model from scratch.
2. Many renders in various states of undress.
3. Much photoshop to paint the transparency between layers.
Still keep going back to step 1 when I notice things missing or wrong.
Above is only 1/4 res, here's some 100% crops. Full size will be good enough for an A1 print.
