Almost finished the design of my acoustic guitar. As always I overcomplicate things for kicks and giggles. Scale drawing so I can decide if I want 4.0 degree or 3.0 degree neck angle.. the later would allow the carbon fibre truss rods to go right to the end of the fretboard.
It’s like building a box and bow but t has to cope with 199lbs (90kg) of string tension 24/7 and cope with temperature and humidity changes.

On my bedside table I have a lamp and a dab radio. When the led bulb is on the radio gets severe interference. Apparently led does that. Time to try older bulb tech.

To be honest, the state of the thing I work on these days, being aware of what sinking feels like might be an advantage!
Come to Swindon you'll see plenty of Roadmen, in both terms
Plenty of potholes for the Roadmen and plenty of Siron electric bikes and balaclavas for the other type of Roadmen

I'm just buruning a couple of CDs,
Its just a reflection of what is happening in society/social media etc. You can tell the ones who only consume X and GB news as their sources.
Lovely evening out on the bike doing some trails in wentwood forest.
Is there actually still a lot of wooded area down there? from age of 10 to about 25 ish i used to go down there a lot as i used to live in a village about 5 mins drive from it, walks, some camping, some bike riding, friends for BBQ's in the summer, even went to a rave that my mates put on down there. And during one summer back then i even took a generator down there myself and took my pioneer CDJ setup and had a blast with some friends
However they started cutting down a lot of the forrest and wooded areas.

Probably smaller. But as woods go now it felt big. And not just plantation. That's the best bit. You get big woods that are just plantation and they suck.
You can definitely explore it all on a bike in a day. But on an ebike you'll run out of battery!
Loads of little unmarked trails though. Which is my favourite thing to explore. As get some action and views in one location.

Nice, glad you had fun, is the reservoir still down there and in use?
I didn't see it. I was pretty much in the forest the entire ride.
