You could be losing 50% of your performance due to some problem with Windows, there is a fix for Nvidia but not through the main update site, its somewhere else and DF did not provide a link to it.
Details in the video
On top of that there is a new system coming with Windows 11 called "Smart App Control" this thing could outright stop your games from working altogether, details for that in the second video.
After updating windows a couple of months ago my PC has not been right, its stopped one of my games from working, the PC feels a bit 'iffy' and last night after learning about this "Smart App Control" garbage i found that it had been set to the middle one "Evaluation" after i turned it off within minutes my PC hard locked and the screen went off, after hard resetting and rebooting i noticed HDR was disabled, i tried to open the Radeon App and got an Error "Your Driver does not support this GPU"
I used the AMD Clean-up Utility to remove the driver and reinstalled it, it seems fine again.
Another thing, this could just be coincidence, a mate of mine, after updating Windows his CPU died. hmm...
