It looks like it will still be lovely in york but after the miserable weather we've had recently we deserve it! Well, those of us who are sun lovers anyway.

Same here but no beaches near. Anything over 25 and I flake out. I’m half Italian but beginning to wonder if I’m adopted.

It might be hard to keep warm in the winter but my house is brilliant when to hot weather comes. My old house (new build) felt like an oven.
