Broken CPU censor?

I have now installed my E8500 E0 Stepping, upgrading the BIOS to F11, upgraded coretemp to 0.993 and am ready to play.

However, I noticed a big discrepancy in my idle temps at stock voltage: core 0 is 41C and core 1 is 35C. I ran Orthos, and Core 0 did not move, but Core 1 rose as you would expect. What's wrong, do you get broken censors? My guess is if it us broken, I shouldn't worry as the working one will be a good enough to gauge temps.

Thanks - not used Realtemp before.

Core 0: Sensor movement 0
Core 1: Sensor movement 3

Yep it's stuck. Not great movement on Core 1 - will it be a reliable gauge?

I've now clocked it to about 4Ghz and everything seems to be working. ????

Core 1: Sensor movement 8
