Silly portrait, does this work?

Messing around with my camera yesterday taking a few pics of my little one and got this; wanted to know if it works or not, trying to give the impression of how small she is but not sure if there is too much white space?

I like it, the whitespace gives it that, "just jumped up into your view to stick tongue out" look.

Works perfectly well. I always try to avoid cropping an image unless absolutely necessary as it makes you think much harder about the way you frame an image.

And makes it a damn sight easier having prints made up for people ¬_¬
