Time for a case mod

Time to mod my coolermaster cosmos RC1000 case, my idea is to put my 240mm rad thats at the top of the case at the moment in the front of the case, this means that i lose the HHD trays (but have got a 1TB HHD so not bothered about that)

OK more photo's of the mod after a couple of hours of drilling out rivet's. The case is finally dismantled.

Time to get out the dremel, lol
On the front panel remove the black wire mesh and cut out the plastic back panel behind it, then refit the mesh

Job done.

Now for the front of the case, mark out for the fans and rad and cut and drill as marked. Once cut out clean and spray black

Time to mod the HHD housing so that it fits around the top of the radiator and also to accommodate the reservoir.

Is it just me or is that very narrow tubing? Won't that be quite restrictive?

the tube is 6.4mm because thats the ID of the H50-1 tubing
