Wikipedia Down?

It's fine in my flat, Be*, but 90 minutes ago or so when I was in Uni it didn't work. However my friend who was on campus but in a different building got onto it fine...

Actually the reason I came home, couldn't be bothered reading proper texts so I was just wiki'ing my info...

Can access the main page, but everything else has broken.

I can access it fine but it all the pages look as if the css has been stripped away or something.
