So basically I decided to disconnect all the fans from the motherboard and connected them to the psu 4pin cables with a adapter for cable management. For some reason this had a huge effect on my overclock, I am able to get 4.3 ghz stable with much less ioh voltage and a less cpu voltage and before 4.2 ghz was a struggle. I think the ud5 power regulation is not so robust so its better to disconnect as much as possable. Not bad for a extra 100 mhz and less heat
