If, and it's a big if, your local Tesco photo section is decent. You can get develop and scan (1900 pixel wide) for just under three pounds. The results I've had have been mixed, pretty good scans but marked/ripped film :(

Anyone on here still using film cameras?

If so I'd apprecite a heads-up on your preferred option for the processing and development of film/pics.

I see your in London - Metro are pretty good, albeit quite expensive.. I use peak imaging now, they offer a good next day service.

I use 'The Darkroom' in Cheltenham; they offer an online service with same day turnaround (if I post to them on a Monday, they are back by Wednesday). They also offer free postage both ways. You print a freepost address label off their website that you stick on your envelope. When you get your order a new sticky address label is always included. Whilst they have not been brilliant for scanning to CD (I do that myself); they do development really well.

They are most recommended over on Talk Photography forums.
