As long as your ok thats all that matters.

But, hope its taught you a lesson. My accident in a car when i first passed made me a much better driver/rider on the road. I still have 'fun' but only when its 110% safe to do so. Sounds like you took a blind corner too fast. Even i know thats a schoolboy error and ive only been riding 2 years!

Hope your well soon and sort the bike out.

Cheers lads

Too sore to look at the bike yet so I'm bed bound.
a lot of parts need replacing, hopefully my relationship with each carbon manufacturer will help in securing cheaper replacements.

Engine casings smashed, so need to drain the engine and flush it, quickshifters smashed and much more. I'll report back when I can.

Grim. Are you going to restore it back to how it was, or to a lower spec (no quickshifters etc)

Holy crap – how did I miss this thread update!

Came here to ask Yoshimitsu a good place to get decals, and find that he’s had an off :(

Unlucky fella, but at least it’s one to walk away from, and at least the bike can be fixed – although it had too much carbon (imo), it was still an awesome job you did with it, it sad to see it in that state now…

Get well soon :)

Well, I'm still paying off the wheels, so the bike hasn't been touched as of yet, pointless anyway as the weathers taken a turn for the worse anyway, so no point bodging it together to get it roadworthy.

Time for a bit of damage control.

Parts to be replaced.

Made a start today, as you can see stripped it all down to assess it.

Big thankyou to Saint Matt for coming round with a Tri-Arm flywheel puller that he "Modified" to fit. Proper **** me up when it popped off :lmfao: So managed to refit the new one.

Didn't need to replace it.

Now, I may as well throw all my scratched carbon on the bay and see how much it fetch's, may as well **** the stock wheels off too.
