Can I use a 32-bit upgrade key with 64-bit retail Vista?

As per title really. I have a 32-bit Vista Home Premium upgrade disc, and going to borrow a 64-bit Home Premium disc, can I use the key on my upgrade disc on the 64-bit disc?
