A good tip is to use a frying pan and never wash it, just rinse off and dry with kitchen roll.
Fried until little brown parts start to show then serve straight away.
You get so much more flavour from a pan than a Microwave its unreal
You can taste the difference.
Why are people assuming microwaving doesn't crisp the bacon, and it only works with low quality bacon? I microwave Danepak bacon on a daily basis as I have it every day for lunch and it comes out crispier and tastier than I've ever had from grilling or frying it.
Microwave bacon? Are you insane? What a waste !!!
