Same thing happened to me and I took it back to the store and said my daughter/son saw everything.
They handed me a £500 Gift voucher. I could have easily got more.
Everyone else in here seems to be idiots, dont listen to them this can be a big deal to some parents. Take it back and get your moneys worth
