In this thread you should be able to find and discuss accessories for the Galaxy Nexus.

Items which might interest you:

  • Cases
  • Pouches
  • Docks
  • Car Mounts
  • Screen Protectors
  • Batteries
  • NFC Tags
  • etc...

Make sure to leave some feedback on any accessories you have bought for your Nexus and share any reviews you come across.

Thanks.

I'm personally after a nice slim case, currently looking at the Case Mate collection but I'm yet to find anywhere that has stock yet.

Also looking for a car mount. The Nokia CR-115 was a popular choice for the GS2 and as the Nexus is the same width pretty much I'm thinking of getting it. Anyone already have one to confirm?

Whilst I'm not looking to get a pouch a few people have ordered this one which looks good:

Reviews of it when it arrives would be great. :)

Edit: I've also ordered a MHL cable for £9 off ebay, I'll let you know how I get on when it arrives.

iBox Screen Protector

iBox Gel Case

I really hate cases and screen protectors though as they hide the beauty within. but I intend on selling this phone (at some point) therefore, it needs protection!

That case is for the Nexus S :p

(The picture is, anyway)

Anyway, CPW should stock these soon and they look rather nice for a case - http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/cat/Galaxy-Nexus-Cases.htm?man_id=287

I don't tend to use cases but I like to have one handy incase I'm doing something where I may be at increased risk of dropping the phone.

I got one of these the other day:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/220891721...X:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649#ht_2025wt_1270

Used some rear view mirror sticky pads to stick it to a garmin sat nav mount and its an instant car holder! Much better than the bulky expensive ones out there.

I never use a case on my phone but if I did I would be very happy with one of these, fits really well, has all the correct cut outs/buttons etc and is really slim so it doesn't even look like it's on the phone.

I have an "S-Line" case for the Omnia 7 and Galaxy S II and they are very dodgy, they protect the phone but they're all molded slightly differently and don't always fit too well.

It makes me sad when people get a £500/600 phone and then stick it in a £2 case :(

Mind getting some pictures up with it fitted?

Tempted get one to tidy me over until something better is out. I've never used cases before either and my 16 month Desire is still in good nick but the Nexus is slim and light anyway so I figured a slim case wouldn't add too much bulk.

I don't actually use it as a case. It's stuck to a mount which I keep in my car for when I need sat nav.

I can imagine the fitment can be dodgy at this price but mine is perfect.

I'm probably not going to use ANY case! How does that make you feel? :p

It makes me feel happy. :D

People should be banned from using cases without a good reason, and especially screen protectors!

I have to apologise... I completely took you wrong.

When you said "It makes me sad when people get a £500/600 phone and then stick it in a £2 case". I thought you were meaning you'd expect people to buy expensive cases instead.

But instead you'll rather have no case, which is the way better option :)

Indeed. I'd only use a case if I really thought I might drop it for whatever reason.

I don't class slip cases as bad though, they're fine as long as you get a nice one, proper leather etc.
