Nice job on the tungsten! I started to read and saw the first pic, I was like how did he add the metal?!! Lol. Could have been cleaner on the cut of the tab itself, but like you said nobody will ever see it. Good job on the phobya bracket as well, you really thought this through!

Anyone have opinions on the pump and controller consideration?

Doesn't that pump have its own speed adjustment pot built in? Would only need to have it on a controller if you wanted to be changing the speed on the fly often and can't easily access the pot on the pump as and when.

Excellant build as well, proper belt and braces and no pulling any punches on the dremel front.
