This is just a friendly notice to see if its something we would be interested in. I know in other threads theres been mentions of doing something so i guess we could start planning something so here goes:


Location & Date
Date: 24th of March Saturday @ 11:30am (we will give time for the slow and the lost)
I know some are meeting at reading and other places but Nuneaton is the destination were all trying to get to alive. Heres the address that 4T5 was kind enough to find us.

Some people will be meeting up before getting to Nuneaton, most seem to be meeting up at Reading (mcdonalds).



What Were Doing
I just copy and pasted one of 4T5 post:
We plan on meeting at the Longshoot & having a little meet & greet for everybody, Then we will potter up to imo the Best bike road in England about 5 mins away at legal speed limit, I will stop in this pub at the start of "The Road" with any others that don't want to do "The Road" Then you Fast boys can go & play as the road ends up at a big roundabout so you can come straight back down "The Road" to me/us.
Then we can potter into Hinckley to the Triumph factory & on up to Mallory.

I'd probably be up for it if it was on a weekend.

Another vote for the midlands too. Organise a nice ride to a cafe or something?

I'm guessing you are classing Birmingham as midlands? that's still pretty far for us southern folk.

But im happy to travel... just lacking a GPS on the bike... :(

Ace cafe, yes it's a cliché but it's easy to get to, serves good food, will be loads of metal to look at and if you look at their web site it could be twinned with a day where there's another meet so quite an event.

LE10? Isn't that oop north somewhere? ;)

I'm based near Reading, so anywhere down that neck of the woods would be best for me, but to be honest, if the appetite is for somewhere in the Midlands, then it's only a quick zoom up the M40! I'll go with the flow, but Lake District is a bit too much of a trek probably.
