Quick question.

Is Sorrymate.com basically providing the same service as your own insurance legal cover (which you obviously pay for) but for free or am I missing something?

Your "legal cover" is actually the insurer selling your details to a no win no fee outfit

This is why legal cover is largely pointless - there are a whole host of people waiting to offer the same service for free - its how accident management companies work for example.

Depends on the insurer and the type of legal cover they provide.

Some insurers provide a defense cost, I doubt a no win no fee company will help you when you have been neglegent.

Also its is used to get back un-insured losses e.g. helmet leathers boots gloves and even your excess in non-fault cases.

What you're talking about is for the instance of you claiming for injury to yourself when the third party has been neglegent.
