Femininity, now thats a meaningless circular argument if ever i saw one. You are defining the word as you use it, rather than using a word to define what you mean.

I have never thought of a hairless adult to look like a child.

Like it or lump it, the quality of being 'hairless' is child-like. The fact is, past puberty, both men and women grow hair in places, but only women are reinforced to retain their youthful child-like quality. Well, women and pretty boy hollywood actors.

Of course she did, and the normal response is to do so, because you and I and everybody else are socially conditioned to perceive female body hair as repulsive. Sadly, such conditioning doesn't actually make it true.
