Hey phill4321, how are you running the 2 micro servers?
I have one but I have filled it so now thinking about getting a 2nd micro server but not sure how to intergrate the 2 together? Are you running 2 separate os on both of them?
Cheers

Yeah I have a separate os's on each one. I bought two copies of Unraid which you can get cheaper when purchasing two licences. My rips are then shared between both microserver's.

Finally got my poweramp back from repair and decided to have a little switch around of my hifi rack. First time i've had this conbination together and it sounds fantastic. The Avondale has certainly brought out the bass from the speakers to the point i thought the sub was on!

Messy, lots of kit lying around

Shame i couldn't find a Belkin PF30 in black, but i don't care enough to warrent spending the going rate on one! The blue cables going to the SB Touch (which i scratched badly during this :( and the ipod down aren't the most flexible so look a bit odd in that last pic but its not as bad from most angles.

New portable headphones :)

JVC HA-S500....hugely impressive for the £45 they cost, easily stack up to my £200 ultimate ears triple fi 10 and very close to my £150 beyer dynamic dt770...there is a 140 page thread over at headfi about how awesome these are, and they weren't lying :)

Ive modded mine with the blue Sennheiser Adidas Original HD25 pleather pads, improves the sound nicely

And a new shelf for my rack. Unfortunately Atacama in their infinite wisdom have changed the finish from a matt, coarse feeling, black to smooth satin

You picked a better start than me! This is my second go (started off with very budget satellite set with bottom of pile av)

I need to raise my TV up, the centre needs to be on the unit top!

nice kit! but those aviano need room to breathe.
i have a set and if they are close to a wall and cramped by other stuff they do suffer.

This my new setup. Cost me £350 all in. Yamaha cinema amp with yamaha 5.1 speaker set. A dell dual core desktop pc with 1TB hdd running XBMC, panasonic projector and optoma 92" diagonal screen.

I'm very pleased with the result. Would like some better looking bookshelf speakers, but this yamaha system has no problems rumbling the house on action films. I watched the first LOTR for the first time on it last night. Wasn't a bad movie by any means, not really my cuppa tea but enjoyable purely for the cinematic effect non the less. Next on the wish list is a small 32" tv for sky and every day use. Projector will be used only for HD films. Will be painting the room a different colour as well as changing the curtains and tidying up/hiding the wires.
