That's a pretty standard price for a Video game Art book and quite good considering it's a Hardcover. I have paperback ones like The Valkyria Chronicles Design Archive which was about the same price and it's far less sturdy.

Several books like the The World of Warcraft ones that came with collectors editions can regularly go for £25+ even when they're 2nd hand. The Art of Uncharted 2 is still £30+ at most places 2 years after it was released.
