I tried putting a SD card in a reader into my PC and my PC wasn't picking it up.
It tried installing something because now every time I boot my PC I get a error message saying 'device installation failed' and If I don't uninstall it through device manager, my computer BSOD's after being on for a while.
Also the USB slots have a yellow ! in device manager.
How can I get rid of this error message for good?
