Just spent 3 hours doing:

lamb, caramelised onions and goats cheese meatballs
honey roasted vegetables
citrus cous cous

It was alright. not worth 3 hours of cooking :(

chicken kebab - would you believe me if I said it was healthy?!

Local kebab does them with chunks of marinaded chicken breast and roasted vegetables, all done on the coals with salad, no fatty drippy scummy kebab :) YUM!

il trust msg my address over.. il help you finish it, waste not want not :D

^^ I bet I could have eaten all that in one sitting :D

I thought I could have myself, and I hadn't eaten all day so I thought it would be no problem. I think it was the stresses of uni that hindered me :p (I am sticking to that excuse!)

The donor meat and chips look absolutely horrendous....

The chips were proper tasty, like out of a restaurant/bar which is the way I prefer them. (Although each to their own!). And well... doner meat is doner meat :D

Threw together a Jamaican style curry with what ii had lying about, including my first batch of my own chilis. Was darn awesome.
Pulled pork, ginger, garlic, chilli, butternut squash, cocnut milk etc.

Got some chilli, ginger, spring onion ready to go in a pan with some sea salt, prawns, pepers and onions and some cardamon rice ready.

Lamb koftas, manchego cheese with chilli, olives and semi-dried tomatoes.
