quick power usage question

currently running an i7 2600k at 4.9ghz, a KFA2 gtx 760 oc edition, 2 HDD and 1 SSD.

Im down sizing to an matx case with an evga z68 mobo

I currently have a HX750w corsair PSU but this wont fit in my new case so wondering what size power supply will I need to run this capably?

will 500w be enough? i wont be going SLi

Looking at power consumption numbers from a couple of reviews you should be fine with a decent quality 500-550W unit.
