**Gigabyte Gaming Z97 board discussion thread**

I've got a old school antec 900 that's not had much use just doing some slight visual mods like side window/internal paint etc the ram
I'm unsure on but will probably go for team group Vulcan orange 2x4gb ddr3 2400mhz it's mentioned a lot in specs for gaming rigs

Try and get something RED coloured to match the board, the case has a side panel window does it not?

Yeah it does but it's half Perspex and half mesh with a fan mount well it did have my place of work has all sorts of tools so I thought why buy a new case I will get some pictures up once it's done I'm not going ott just slight changes.

I was going down the red and black route but the the 290 is orange so that's ruined that but I'm sure all will be good.

Think the kingston hyper x might be the one just need a heatsink that will fit my 900 then decide on CPU

I been looking for the maximum CPU cooler clearance but cannot find a definite answer, if you can help then that would be great.

Noctua nhu12p CPU cooler socket am2/lga775
Asus P5N-E SLi nForce 650

The two above have been in the case the last time it was used, if that's not enough info I will try a measure the clearance

I'm using the gaming G1 but really want wifi but especially bluetooth for streaming music to my BT speakers BUT I can't justify £100 more for the gaming bk version
