Second hand WoW tank price?

Hey GD, I need a tank for WoW. Ideally a lvl95 Paladin, don't really want a Death Knight, Warrior or Druid. I like to bubble and hearth.

Looking to spend a reasonable amount as I have all expansion packs.

Will consider eBay as long a seller has feedback.
