Will this build be ok or would you change anything?

I am going to be selling my i7 920 setup
I'm also going to sell my Corsair 700D and all my water cooling stuff

My new build will use the new Corsair Air 240 when it is released at the end of September, so from now till then I will buy a new piece of hardware each week, so as soon as the case is released I can build my new setup.

The main questions I have are:
1) The motherboard... I like the MSI board and MSI have always been good, however would the Asus or Gigabyte boards be a better choice?

2) The CPU cooler... The H100i is £1 less, what are the differences and is this one better etc?

3) What would you change with this build?

I already have my current PSU, HDDs etc.
Money isn't an issue, however I would need to be able to justify any price difference. For example, the Asus motherboard is £40 more, if you suggest that one over the MSI one please justify why it is worth an extra £40. I'm not on a tight budget, but don't want to spend more than I need to. :)

I mainly use my PC for gaming, I have the upgrade itch, I know I may not see big gains over my current build.
I also am not sure if I'll overclock, apparently this CPU only does a little bit extra anyway, however, I might like to down the line.
I am not interested in doing a super expensive upgrade to a DDR4 system :p

16 GB of memory suggests otherwise :p

I can't see 8 GB being a problem any time soon. Plenty still gaming on 4.

I have 18GB at the moment but it's 2 x triple channel kits
8GB would be a downgrade and I don't want to mix and match sticks, so my ram will be sold and a nice simple 2 dimm kit will be bought :p

Technically yes, I could use 2 sticks I already have (2x4GB) and have 8GB
I could also add 2x2GB sticks that I already have for 12GB

1 16GB kit looks like a better option though :p
